1980s Channel Four jazz programmes to be made re-available.
Neil Anthony, one of the original producers of the "Jazz on Four" strand, is intending to re-release some of these programmes, made during the midst of the 1980s jazz revival.
As Channel 4 celebrates 40 years of broadcasting, it is sometimes forgotten that in its first few years the station featured a significant amount of jazz performance in the “Jazz on Four” strand. Now, one of the original producers is intending to re-release some of these programmes.

All but forgotten, the story of this remarkable production deserves to be told!

With requests still coming in for more series of Top Cs, info on DVD, CD and releases on other media, we are confident there is still a very receptive market and an audience who are not being catered for in this genre of music entertainment.
Having been so popular, it seemed an obvious step to build and develop the brand and part of that process would be applying for trademark registration.
A dedicated website is now under construction for the brand, how it can be used and the categories of exploitation in different territories.
